anything from this site. By ordering from me,
You are acknowledging that you accept and
understand our terms of use and agree to be
legally bound by them. Please check within each
set also as there may be additional terms of
use listed there.

Only the graphics specified as linkware may be
downloaded, uploaded, or stored on another server.
The graphics that decorate this site are exclusive
property either created by me, or purchased and
may not be reproduced for any reason.

You may not link directly to the images on this
website! This is called BANDWIDTH STEALING and
is illegal.

You may not alter, change, colorize, resize, or
modify ANY of my graphics IN ANY WAY!

You may not mix sets. All of the graphics
included in my sets are for that individual set
only. You don't have to use everything in the set,
or set it up exactly the way I have but no part of
the sets may be used with any other background set,
no may any of our graphics by used in any way to
create your own graphics or sets. That means you
may not use my backgrounds and/or graphics and
insert your own main image.
You do not have to set each set up the same way I
have, feel free to use your own codes. However,
**You MUST ensure that all no right click & drag codes
provided in the html code are used when setting up
your pages.

Linkware sets are for personal use only and may NOT
be used on commercial sites or sites that involve
selling (or the attempt to sell) anything. Any set
that is purchased MAY be used on a commercial site.

If you are a webmaster/designer interested in using
my sets to build or design a clients site, you MUST
purchase the set first.

If you choose to use any of my sets you
MUST USE MY LOGO provided on each set also
with any artist links if provided, with the
correct link on EACH page that my graphics
appear on.

My graphics may not be redistributed, resold, or
given away in any manner. This means you may
display my graphics and then offer them as
downloads from your site.

You may not use my graphics as stationery in e-mails,
incredimail, or for any print projects.

You may not use my graphics in any pay or member
only sites such as MSN groups,Yahoo Groups, or any
other members only site where I can not view the site
without joining.
