Nick is doing well. He no longer has to wear
his glasses!! Dr said his eye site has
improved to 20/30. There is still a little
nerve damage, from the tumor/radiation, but
that can not be corrected by glasses.

Nick Started on Growth Hormone Therapy at
the end of June. He is getting a shot each
nite, probably for the next 8 to 10 years.
Seems his pituitary gland was damaged from
the radiation and is no longer producing much
hormone on its own. Nick has grown a little
over a half inch already! Yeah!

We've had some new addidtions to the family
....Nick has a new bird. Joining Merlin,
the parakeet, and Spike, the cockatiel, is
Angel, the dove! Angel is very, very sweet
and tame. She loves attention, and Nick =]
She coos for him all the time. Thank you
soooo much Dawn, from Casa La Parrot !

We also have gotten a friend for Taz the
chinchilla. He now has a friend named Zoey.
They are best buddies and really seem to
love each other.

And just this past week we also added one
last pet - A baby Bearded Dragon! His name
is Max. Max is small right now, but he will
grow to just under 2 feet in a year!
